SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING
Our products are shipped from the UAE, we are proud to partner with ARAMEX to deliver all orders.

Orders to UAE:
Tracked Delivery (delivered within 1-2 working days): 25 AED or FREE for orders over 300 AED.
Orders to KSA:
Tracked Delivery (delivered within 3-5 working days): 45 SAR or FREE for orders over 300 AED.
All other Countries:
Tracked Delivery (delivered within 3-5 working days): 75 AED or FREE for orders over 500 AED.

VAT & Duties
VAT & Duties for UAE and KSA are covered by AÏZA and you don’t have to pay any additional amount. For all other countries, you’re liable for VAT and duties based on the respective country.

Order Cancellations
In case you change your mind regarding the purchase and want to cancel the order, please email us. If your order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our product, we do not allow returns or exchanges. This is labelled in the item description on each product page. However, items may still be returned to us if you accidentally received the wrong item in your order, or if the item was received damaged. To be accepted by us and qualify for a return, all items in the order (including promotional or complimentary gift items received with the order) must be returned to us:

  1. Unaltered, unused and in their original condition (or the condition in which they were received by you from us)
  2. In their original packaging/box and with all brand and product labels/tags still attached
  3. Accompanied by the original order confirmation.
